I love a colour that you don't have, can you order it in? TOP
Yes! We do orders often, so please let us know if a colour that you like has gone out of stock, or even if it's a colour we haven't had before, and we will include it in our next order. Many of our suppliers make to order, so there will often be a small wait.

Are the colours I see on screen acurate? TOP
We take photos of the yarn in daylight so they are as true as we can get them, however computer screens are all set differently so there may be a small difference to what you receive.

Do you sell to overseas addresses? TOP
Yes! If you wish to purchase, you can go through with your order and select 'International' in the shopping cart, then a Paypal invoice will be sent with the shipping costs when they have been calculated. Or you can just send us an email and we will work out postage for you before you order.

Do your prices include GST? TOP
Yes, for our Australian buyers the GST is included in the price. For overseas buyers the GST will be removed.
